All returns must be processed through our system .
Please log into your account at www.mitecshop.com and under the account information page, select my orders. Next select the item you wish to return and ensure the quantity is accurate and submit. Once you have submitted the return properly, an email will be sent to your registered email account.
MTS will provide you with a shipping label.
Once a return request is submitted an email will be initiated by MTS system. Member will receive a call or an email from MTS representative to provide return or exchange ticket number. An email will be sent with a shipping label. Please be sure to include all original content and ensure proper packing method so the items can arrives safely to our return facility. Sign out of all emails | iClouds and remove all data and passwords from the returning device
Processing time 3-5 business days from the date of arrival for a refund or exchange.
As soon as we receive the item returned you the member will be notified. We may check the returned item for the following: specific complaint also to ensure the item does not contain any physical damage and has all its original content. If the member is returning for a refund, the refund amount will be credited to the member's wallet and if it is an exchange request the member can reuse the funds in the wallet to purchase the item desired.
All returns must contain original content.
Please ensure all original content is packaged because it helps expedite the refund/exchange process.
Restocking Fee.
Any items returned without its packaging, missing original content, damaged due to member's misuse hardware and or software manipulation a re-stocking fee of 12 percent of the product sale price may apply.
